Jacqui Germain is a poet and journalist living and working in St. Louis, Missouri. Her debut poetry collection, Bittering the Wound (2022), chronicles her experiences during the Ferguson Uprising, and was selected for the 2021 CAAPP Book Prize and awarded the 2024 Kate Tufts Discovery Award. She’s a member of St. Louis Anti-Imperialist Collective.
