For Simon

Sam Weselowski

Food in the store
costs a lot
if people buy it
or not. Shivers
in the ocean
you find rocks
and inside people
you find their hearts
as peanut butter
in the cupboard
as rent out
of a bank account
it shivers. Your landlord
on the other side
of the earthquake
being a trope
and looking around.
For innocence
on the speed
limit in which
the car is light
as a candle.
